Velia House is located in the beautiful Monteverde district, well connected to the center of Rome which is easily reachable with the numerous public transport present in the area in just a few minutes. The property is located in a central area of the city, in the Monteverde district, close to the market in Piazza San Giovanni Di Dio on the Circonvallazione Gianicolense. In the area you will find the local market where you can do your shopping, it is located 150 meters from the property and can be easily reached on foot, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and also a well-stocked pharmacy located next to the market.
The area is well connected to the center of Rome which can be reached in 15 minutes by tram no. 8 that passes right on the Circonvallazione Gianicolense.
Alternatively, you can take bus no. 8 or H which always pass on the Circonvallazione Gianicolense and which allow you to reach the center in 25 minutes, or bus no. 44 which passes on via Ozanam and takes you to the Teatro Marcello, next to Piazza Venezia, or if you prefer a taxi. In 10 minutes by feet or, if you prefer, taking bus n. 8 or H you reach the beautiful and prestigious Park of Villa Pamphili, one of the most beautiful and largest parks in Rome, where inside there is the famous Villa Pamphili, once the residence of the noble Pamphili family.
Inside the apartment you will find a large living room where you can relax on the sofa watching a film or TV series on Disney + or having lunch sitting at the table as if you were at home.
